What services do we provide when you rent a Neo Pulsation Therapy Air Mattress from us?
We come to your location and set up the mattress, plus customize the setting for your patient. We inservice the staff and a trouble-shooting guide with 24-hour support is posted in the patient’s room. Our clinical advisors are also available to you for support.
What is the weight capacity of the Neo Pulsation Therapy Air Mattress?

Can I use a sheet on the bottom of the mattress?
Yes you can. The Neo has a powerful blower to allow air to circulate through the sheet. We recommend a 100% cotton sheet for maximum air flow.
Can I use a soaker pad on the mattress?
No. The fabric soakers block the air from coming through to the patient’s skin acts like a wall, blocking the benefits of the air. You can use the breathable Neo pads that have excellent air flow but absorb moisture/urine. These are available by calling 1-800-665-5585 or 204-786-4719.
How often does the mattress alternate pressure?
The pressure changes every minute. It is very subtle but effective. It doesn’t feel like a massage chair and many patient’s don’t even feel the change.
Can I use the Neo Pulsation Therapy Air Mattress with any bed or does it have to be a hospital bed?
A hospital bed works best because of the side rails. Because of the increased movement in bed, the side rails are needed (usually half rails) to prevent the patient from falling out of bed.
What if I don’t want my client having the pulsation mode. Can it be turned off?
Yes. You can turn off the pulsation therapy at the push of a button.
Moving patients in a floatation mattress may be difficult. Is there an easier way to reposition my patient?
Yes. Instant MAX inflate. At the push of a button, your patient is on a firm surface and can be easily repositioning.
